Why Love Stories?

When I was starting my business over 10 years ago, I thought I would just concentrate on photographing weddings. After all, what better love story could there be to tell? Boy asks girl to marry him, she says yes, they have a fairy tale wedding and live happily ever after.

But I've discovered something over the years...
The wedding is just the beginning of the story!

Soon, there are babies born and there is no sweeter story than the love shared between parents and their little bundle.

Then, as babies do, they grow into toddlers and children and there are a thousand stories to tell. Seeing them discover the ocean, or giggle as they hold their first pet, or feel like a "big kid" when they help you bake some cookies.

I want to remember it all...

Because all too soon those kids turn into high school seniors and college graduates. The one day they'll come home with that special someone.

And the story will start all over again...
